While Bill Sandford’s background encompasses over 45 years in commercial real estate, his passion for ministry and in particular, ministry to the villages of Africa is extensive. Bill has served on the Board of Delivering Africa since 2006 and as President since June 2008. He has great passion to see God use Delivering Africa and their teams to fulfill the Great Commission.

Bill has his Associate of Arts Degree from Tarleton State University, and his BBA from the University of Texas. Bill and his wife, Sally reside in Decatur, Texas. They have four children and fourteen grandchildren.
