Bill was raised in San Antonio, Texas. He received his Associate of Arts Degree from Tarleton State College. Bill served as President of Student Body. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration, University of Texas. Selected as Outstanding Senior Marketing Student with scholarship from Zales Jewelry Corporation. 45 years experience in commercial real estate: brokerage, investment partnerships and development in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. President of Sandford Investment Partners. Former Board of Directors: Dallas Christian Men’s Club, Criswell Foundation, Criswell College, Criswell Bible Institute. Chairman of the Board First Methodist Church, Decatur, Texas; and, Elder, Crossroads Bible Church. President, Decatur, ISD; President, Tarleton State University Ex Students Association. His passion for ministry is to plant churches and see the Great Commission fulfilled, especially in remote villages in Africa where a major percentage of Africans live. Bill has served on the Board of Here’s Life Africa since 2006 and President and CEO since 2008. He and his wife of 53 years, Sally, reside in Decatur, Texas. They have four children and 16 grandchildren.
Chairman of the Board
Mac Mclnnis has been in the waste industry for twenty five years. Mr. Mclnnis was CEO and majority stockholder of MacLand Disposal Inc. from 1988 to 2008 when he sold the facility. Mr. Mclnnis and business partner Andrew Densing purchased a landfill in Jefferson County Mississippi in 2010. The site is currently operated by Mr. Mclnnis and Mr. Densing. Mr. Mclnnis and Mr. Densing also opened transfer stations in Vicksburg, Mississippi, Brookhaven, Mississippi and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Mclnnis has a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. Mr. McInnis was the deacon of Moss Point Presbyterian Church for 20 years. He served on the board for MS Youth for Christ for 15 years. He joined the board of Here’s Life Africa 8 years ago and has been active in developing missions in Africa. Mr. McInnis and his wife Jackie live in Fairhope, Alabama. He enjoys fishing and boating on Mobile Bay.
After growing up in south Georgia, Mike went to Georgia Tech where he played football and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering. Upon graduation, he served two years active duty in the Army with a tour in South Korea. Following that, he returned to graduate school at Georgia Tech where he became interested in Campus Crusade for Christ and eventually joined their staff. He helped to organize the ministry of Athletes in Action and start the campus ministries at Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Auburn. After Crusade, Mike became involved in the oil business and have been active for almost thirty five years drilling wells in MS, LA, AL, TX, KS, West VA, and PA. He is currently President of Smith Production Company. Mike and his wife, Judy, have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. He has served on the Here’s Life Board for 8 years.
Secretary & Co-Founder
John Parker was born Atlanta, GA. He and his wife May Moss, are founding members of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church. John received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta; and, his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. John served in the U.S. Army, Fort Jackson, SC and Fort Sam Houston, TX . His professional background includes: M. L. Lakes Inc. High Point, NC, design & construction of industrial HVAC systems; Alabama Power Co. varied engineering and management assignments associated with generation and distribution of electric energy & nuclear electric power; and, Crown Financial Ministries Gulf Coast Area Director. He served as Chapter President for the American Society of Heating & Refrigeration Engineers, Hillsdale College President’s Club, and Alabama Policy Institute. John has been the Secretary of the Here’s Life Africa board since 1997, while conducting seven trips to Tanzania, Uganda and Malawi.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama Victor Smith is Chairman of the Board of Smith Production Company and Chairman of the Board of Country Place, Inc., both real estate development companies. Victor has been actively involved in independent oil exploration and production for over 50 years. He is very active in civic and religious organizations. He also serves as a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Victor got involved with Here’s Life Africa when a good friend invited him to a board meeting to hear about the ministry. Once he attended, he became committed to what was being done in Africa to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to every man, woman and child in Africa. Initially Victor become the finance chairman, and later served as President. Now Victor presently serves on the Executive Board of Directors. He knew he would need to go to Africa and be able to share with others his experience and convince people that this is a great investment. Victor has been to Africa 13 times since 2001.
Fred Hayek founded Hayek Investment Counsel, LLC in 1985 as an independent “fee only” SEC registered investment advisory firm. Mr. Hayek is a security analyst and portfolio manager with over 30 years of professional securities experience. He is nationally recognized as an expert in “Value Investing” and his views and guidance have been featured in Barron’s, Money Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Transcript, local newspapers and syndicated national cable television’s Inside Money. Mr. Hayek was sponsored for The Association for Investment Management and Research by his tutor and friend Sir John Templeton. Mr. Hayek received his BA from Doane College in 1969 and his Master of Science degree from The University of Nebraska at Omaha. Fred's wife Kris made the first trip to Africa with Here's Life in 2000 with Fred following a few years later. He has been a board member for 13 years and has been active in the Kairos prison ministry for the past twenty five years. The Hayeks live in Blairsville, Georgia and have eight children and 22 grandchildren.
Wayne Loudermilch, and his wife Melisa, are residents of Cashiers, NC, and Fairhope, AL. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and LLB from the University of Alabama, University of Alabama Debate Team. Wayne served in the US Army as an Infantry and in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Wayne practiced law with firm of Hand & Arendall in Mobile and served as Mobile County’s first Public Defender from 1968 to 1971. President and Chairman of Board of America’s Best and Canada’s Best, a nationwide mail order marketing firm started as a junior in college. Member of St. James Fairhope where he served as Senior Warden, Chairman of Capital Gifts Campaign, Building, Finance and Outreach Committees, and Christ Anglican in Cashiers, NC. Wayne is the founding Director of Here’s Life and has served on the Board for 16 years. Wayne has a son, a daughter and six grandchildren.
Steve Clark is the owner of Stephen Clark Construction, LLC a Houston, Texas based company providing commercial and residential construction management services for Texas clients for more than 21 years. Steve is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston at Clear Lake and a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. Steve has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Here's Life Africa since 2008. Steve and his wife, Molly live in Houston, TX.
Dwayne Weehunt is the President & Founder of Sower of Seeds International Ministries. He just completed his 71st trip to India, where he and his wife, Leslie, live 6 months out of the year working alongside the local church to see the needs of the poor met. Dwayne loves empowering the local church to do outreach and has given his life to do just that. When not in India, Dwayne and Leslie, live in Keller, TX. They have three daughters, one son, one son-in-law and one grandson. Dwayne was introduced to Here’s Life Africa through one of SOS's board members and his heart was captured by the ministry of HLA in Africa. He has a passion to see pastors in Africa raised up to transform their communities.
Dr. Rick Redalen received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Nebraska after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medicine from the University of North Dakota. During that time he received a scholastic scholarship from the University of North Dakota and medical scholarships in orthopedic surgery and internal medicine from the Mayo Clinic. His medical career has spanned over forty years. Dr. Redalen was one of the founders of ExitCare. ExitCare was recently acquired by Elsevier, a part of Reed Elsevier PLC. ExitCare became a global company and is located in China, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. More recently, Dr. Redalen formed QuestRx Global, which is a principal provider of evidence based education for Industrial and Occupational Medicine to prevent injury and illness as well as for employers, employees and families. He and his wife Lori currently live in Colleyville, Texas.

Charlie Jackson of Mobile, AL is a graduate of University of Alabama with a degree in accounting. His experience in the insurance and estate planning industry spans over 60 years. He is a life member of Million Dollar Round Table and twice a member of Top of the Table (top 500 insurance agents in the world). He is also past president of The Estate Planning Council, CLU Chapter and General Agents Association. Charlie is an ordained Deacon for more than 50 and has also served on the Committee on Committees for Southern Baptist Convention, Co-Chairman of I Found It Camping, and Finance Chairman for Bill Glass Prison Ministry of Mobile. Charlie is one of the original four founders of Here’s Life Africa. Always active in politics Charlie was field representative for Congressman Jack Edwards for 20 years. Except for his relationship with the Lord and his family, Here’s Life Africa has been the most exciting thing Charlie has done and continues doing.

David McNair, of Jackson, Mississippi, joined the board in 2001 and has seen Here’s Life Africa go from 14 teams to 50. He is a businessman in Jackson and also works in several ministries. Starting in September 2013 David will begin teaching a short course at Angola Penitentiary several times a year. David truly misses the men of Here’s Life Africa that are on the ground doing God’s mission, as well as the wonderful camaraderie of the Executive Board members.
Chief Operating Officer
Andy was raised as a missionary kid in the Amazon Jungle of Ecuador. He caught piranhas, shot blowguns, swung machetes through the jungle, and played with pet monkeys and birds! Professionally, Andy spent 15 years in the field of corporate finance at EDS and Accenture (a global technology consulting firm). In 2004, Andy answered the very clear call from God to leave the corporate world and join Crown Financial Ministries. In Andy’s final two years with Crown, he cultivated relationships and served major donors as a Development Officer. In January 2011, Andy co-founded a discipleship ministry called Bible Media 28:19 with a God-given vision to equip pastors in the 20 poorest countries of the world. In 2012 the ministry was merged into Here’s Life Africa and Andy was appointed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Andy is passionate to strengthen the ministry’s discipleship work while continuing the fruitful work to introduce millions to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Andy and his wife Kristy reside in Watuaga, TX and have eight children.
BF & JANE COEFIELD
BF Coefield, a native of Alabama, graduated in 1956, and went to work at Lockheed Aircraft. Active in church most all life, BF was challenged in 1968 to receive Jesus Christ in his life. HE changed BF’s life and directed him to receive training in evangelism and discipleship. In 1970 BF joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, completed Institute of Biblical Studies, and became Director of Lay Ministry for Campus Crusade, before moving to Birmingham in 1971. In 1977 BF became Director of Church Ministry for the Worldwide Discipleship Association. Later he was called to serve as Pastor of New Harmony Baptist Church in early 1992. He conducted mission work in Puerto Rica Africa, Indonesia, Macedonia and Republic of Georgia. BF joined the board of Here's Life Africa to train teams and train pastors in discipleship. He and Jane moved to Arusha in 2002, to train these teams and pastors for the next 10 years. He then taught/trained discipleship in Anglican Diocese. They have one son, one daughter, 13 grandchildren, and five greatgrandchildren.
Delaney received his BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree from Mississippi State University and his Degree in World Evangelism from the Institute of Biblical Studies, Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC), Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Co. He served in the U.S. Army, Austria & Germany, Headquarters Staff, Medical Division, Western Area Command; As a Registered Mechanical Engineer U.S. Air Force Brookley Field, Mobile, AL, Engineering Department, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Engineering for overhaul and repair of Jet Fighter Planes; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Space Shuttle Testing Facility; and the U.S. Navy, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Ingalls Shipbuilding, Engineering on construction of Navy ships and submarines. His ministry experience includes: Associate Staff CCC; Fulltime Staff, CCC, Here’s Life America leading prayer workshops; Full time Staff on the JESUS Film Project (CCC); Founding member of Here’s Life Africa; Assistance in setting up MedReach, Inc. medical mission; and, continues to work with water well drilling ministry.
Dr. Binkley is the CEO/Chairman of Generational Equity, LLC, which he founded in 1987. Dr. Binkley has a Masters and Doctorate Degree in Ministry from Phoenix University of Theology and was among the first class to earn a Doctorate in Ministry from Phoenix University of Theology. He currently serves as Chancellor of Phoenix University of Theology and is Dean of the Institute of Christian Maturity. He has served on the Boards of various corporations and non-profit corporations. In his travel to 64 countries Dr. Binkley lectures and conducts leadership and business related seminars worldwide. His book, “Character is King” has been certified for credit through the Accrediting Association for Theological Studies. The book provides the text for the Dominion Commission course offered in Masters and Doctoral degree programs through the Phoenix University of Theology.
